By accessing or using Liftrix, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

Liftrix is an intelligent fitness operating system that provides workout tracking, interval timing, and AI-powered coaching. The service is available as a mobile application and web platform.

3. Accounts

You must create an account to access most features of Liftrix. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Liftrix offers the following plans:

• Free — basic features including workout logging and a limited interval timer.
• Pro — full access to AI coaching, unlimited timer presets, advanced analytics, and priority support. Billed monthly or yearly.
• Lifetime — a one-time purchase granting permanent access to all Pro features.

Payments are processed through LemonSqueezy. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled in accordance with LemonSqueezy’s refund policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the application.
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers connected to it.
• Share your account credentials or allow others to access your account.
• Use automated systems to scrape or extract data from the service.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Liftrix — including text, graphics, logos, icons, and software — are the exclusive property of Liftrix and are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any fitness data you create within the app.

7. Health Disclaimer

Liftrix provides fitness guidance through AI coaching and workout tools. This is not medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any exercise program. You use the service and follow any recommendations at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Liftrix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Liftrix at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the app. Continued use of Liftrix after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
