  • Fitness data — workout logs, exercise history, interval timer settings, and progress metrics you enter or generate through the app.
  • Usage data — how you interact with the app, including features used, session duration, and device information.
  • Payment information — billing details processed securely through our payment provider, LemonSqueezy. We do not store your full credit card number.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Liftrix service.
  • Power AI coaching features by analyzing your workout patterns and goals.
  • Process subscriptions and payments.
  • Send transactional emails (e.g., account confirmations, billing receipts).
  • Understand usage trends to improve the app experience for all users.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with the following categories of service providers, solely to operate and improve Liftrix:

  • Authentication — Supabase, for secure account management.
  • Payments — LemonSqueezy, for subscription and billing processing.
  • Email — Resend, for transactional email delivery.
  • Analytics — aggregated, non-identifiable usage data may be used to improve the service.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account and fitness data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or regulatory purposes.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate data.
  • Request deletion of your data.
  • Export your fitness data in a portable format.
